Old Localhost URLs are persisting

I've tried the dedicated find and replace tool recommended by muffin, turned off all plugins, cleared cache etc. but BeBuilder is still holding the URLs from my localhost. It is not an option to go in and redo them manually.

Please can you help with this? Is there some way I can do this manually?

Note that it is recommended to have the newest version of Betheme, and it is necessary to have the newest version of this plugin.
