How to integrate BE Themes with Cutom Post Types?

    I am designing a website and in news category we take news articles from other sites. For this, I created a custom post type called Article with extra fields like original source, original author etc. to give back credit and link to the article.

    Now on front page, I want to post stories from the Article types and not the post type. Muffin builder lets me select a post, filter category and let me filter how many posts i want to show. But instead of posts I want to select custom post type article and filter and show the same on the front page.
