BeSafari - bug? what is wrong..

Hi.

I'm using the Safari layout but it seems like there's a bug in it or I'm just stupid. This is the FIFTH time I get this white "HOME"-bar at the top of the page, I can't determine what I do/did to get it. It can just appear after I change a background image or after awhile of editing.



The red marked area with arrows. I want it removed.

edit: I've resetted the whole site/database at least four times and it's getting frustrating. It's 'inconsistent' since I never can finish my website, I need a fix for this or someone to tell me how to remove this bar.
