License problem involving test environment

First problem, the site has a Betheme license verifyer, and it says that my license is already in use in a subdomain of other domain I own that was a test environment , so, I went there, deactivated the license and still it appears that my license is in use in that test domain.


Need help.


PS: I RENEWED MY LICENSE SO I COULD OPEN A TICKET, BUT NO OPTION FOR THAT IN THE MUFFIN SITE.
