Edit with BeBuilder Not working: "Loading Builder"

I'm trying to edit any page on my website (edited with Be Builder) and nothing more than "Loading Builder" is showing.

I've cleaned cache, updated theme, plugins, wordpress, but issue persist.

(theme version is up to date: 27.5.3)

Please turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.

Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.
