Template conflicts with plug

We have created a plugin for wordpress + woocommerce, which supports an external system to invoices.

Unfortunately, BeTheme not working properly - not transmit certain data.

The problem is only on this template. Are you able to help me? Do you know what can cause conflict?

Hmm do not pass the value of coupons from woocommerce to the portal http://wfirma.pl (invoices, bills).

When changing the template - everything works without a problem.
