Locked out because of Under Construction setting

Hi there.

I have a URL redirect set up for the wordpress login on the site heal-nutrition.com. When I turned on the under construction page and logged out, /wp-admin goes to a 404 (as it should with the redirect) but the /taraslogin (which normally takes you to the wp login) is redirected to the under construction page. I'm locked out.

Please advise.
