1) The Classic mobile menu does not have the option to display a second menu.
You must change it to the Side slide in Betheme -> Theme options -> Responsive -> Header, and the menu must be assigned as Social Menu Top.
2) Please use the following CSS code:
.menuo-right.header-stack:not(.header-center) #Top_bar .menu_wrapper{ margin-right: 0; }Best regards

the hide right is now good with CSS, but the CSS hover second menu doesn't work at this moment
From what I can see, you have your own requirements regarding the appearance of the header. In such case, I don't recommend to use built-in header style as it won't never look the way you want. In such case, please use Header Builder to build exactly header style you want.

" In such case, please use Header Builder to build exactly header style you want." In the header builder we can't put menu's in 2 lines I see. Only menu left and menu right. Not menu's above each other.
Why? We just built this header mockup in less than a minute within Header Builder.
