Issue with Parallax Effect Causing Background Image Cropping

Hello! I have a problem with the section that says "Unimos nuestras ganas de cambiar el mundo (...)". I want to add a Parallax effect to the background image, but when I do, the image doesn't display at the correct size (it's very cropped). This is the website link: https://praxoglobal.com/quienes-somos/

I would like the image to appear in full size, as shown in the attached screenshot.

However, when I apply the Parallax effect, it gets heavily cropped on the right side (I don't understand why this happens, as the Parallax effect should require the image to be taller, not wider). I’m attaching a screenshot.

Please try to upload a higher image.

For example, try that it will be 1080px high.
