Bebuilder editor only showing part of page
Situation:
The Live Builder works fine for me on multiple PCs and networks; however, my business partner is unable to edit any page. The builder loads for them, but only shows the first page fold and doesn’t allow them to scroll any further down the page to edit the content.

They can get around this by using the mobile or tablet previews, but the desktop or laptop previews have an issue.
Steps we’ve tried that didn’t resolve:
- Deactivating plugins (not the cause as it works for me)
- Using multiple PC’s their end
- Using multiple browsers their end, clear cache and cookies + fresh installs
- Flushing the website cache
- Them logging in to my user profile (so not an access/permissions issue)
- Re-rendering the builder data
- Switching to classic builder mode
I know that this likely points towards a local issue at their end, but wondered if you had any ideas of the cause/have had similar issues previously.

Hi,
From your description, I can see that you have already tried almost all the troubleshooting steps I could think of.
The only thing I can suggest is to Enable Scalable Preview in the BeBuilder settings:
