Multiple videos on page causes only one video to play

I have multiple autoplay videos on a single page. When the page loads, the video in the visible section plays automatically. However, when I scroll to the next section, the first video never plays again, and only one video plays at a time, while the others remain static.

Is there a setting that ensures only the video in the active section plays while stopping the others when they're not visible? Why is this happening, and how can I resolve it?
