Everytime I Refresh the screen, the template shows first then quickly updates.

I updated a page using a template but everytime I refresh, the old template colors and design shows for a quick second and updates to current design. How can we make it stop doing that.

I have deleted cache and updated everything, what seems to be the issue.

This is for almost every page.

Please go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Performance, and use option Builder local styles: Inline in header.
