Scroll lock problems iPhone iOS?

Hello Support,

I have just made this site live, My client complains that the site does not scroll or is "giltchy on scrolling"

This problem happens on iOS Apple iPhone 11 and iPhone 15 for example. Does not scroll until you tap the screen or select the menu.

I have shared a short video link so you can see the problem.

I cannot solve the issue, Please help?

Please go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Responsive -> General, and enable Content overflow for mobile:

I already have ENABLED - content overflow. this does not solve the problem .

Try the following CSS code instead:

html{
 overflow: unset;
}

Please put it in Betheme -> Theme options -> Custom CSS & JS -> CSS.
