Missing Purchase Code
Hello,
We bought the BeTheme theme in 2022 for a website.
And now we have purchased a new license to use the theme on another website.
However, in the ThemeForest administration we can only download the previous license, and there is no new license.
If we insert the previous license on the new site, it tells us that it is not valid.
Where can we find the new license?

License code generation and availability are something that Envato takes care of.
You should contact ThemeForest support if the freshly purchased license does not appear in your account.
