Logo and image within page not displaying on tablet

Hello,

The below background image & also the logo doesn't appear on my tablet whether I'm using Firefox, Chrome or Safari.

Settings appear to be correct and displays fine on browser and mobile

    Hello,

    1) Go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Responsive -> General, and Enable section parallax for mobile:

    2) Regarding the logo please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.

    Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.
