I want to add optin form (autoresponder form code) to capture leads. How to add opt-in form on the BeTheme?

Hi,
we did never used opt-in forms so we do have no idea if it works. If this is a plugin and got shortcodes, then you can use these shortcodes in "Column" item for example.
