Sorry for the delay in responding, but I don't know after the last update of the theme version 27.5.9 a strange thing happened to me, the site design changed and led to a change in the dimensions of the Wrap in all my site and I had to reformat it, including the blog, and the table of contents still does not work, and this is a link to the page
Regarding the dimensions of wraps, we have kept their width the same in recent updates. We cannot directly address the issue without cloning the site and displaying it on an older version of Betheme.
You are correct that the Table of Contents is not working correctly because the content is placed in an internal container for the Single Post template. The Table of Contents element was created before the Single Post template, and we did not account for this layout then. We will fix this in the next update, but please send us wp-admin and FTP access in a private message through contact form located on the right hand side at https://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact . This way, we can check it on your site earlier to ensure the fix will solve your problem.

I do not see ToC in the link you sent. Did you remove it?
Please turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.
Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to parent and recheck it.
