My anchor links aren't scrolling

I set the menu and buttons as anchor links. I added "scroll" to the classes of each section I am linking to. But I've tried on two devices and the links don't scroll. Did I configure something incorrectly?

did you enabled One Page option for page? This has to be enabled in Page Options.
