Unable to update to latest version of Betheme

Hi Team,

My Betheme version is V26.0.2, and I'm trying to update to the latest version 27.5.9.

after I click update, it pop-up an error message says "The package could not be installed. The package contains no files."

can you please help me with it?

Hi,

looks like your domain where you would like to do update, isn't registered correctly. Please re-register license key.
