Re-installing Betheme

I changed my service provider, made a backup and wanted to upload the backup on the new host. I checked in advance, that the back-up is working. But after backup I can not administrate sites. The last version of the Website is online but Bebuilder is not laading anymore. What could be done?

  • i just send requested information

  • Cross-Origin Request is blocked by your server, so you must contact your server administrator and ask them to correct it.

  • I installed right now fresh Wordpress and fresh installation of Betheme, without installing the backup. Bebuilder is not loading. I bought a new betheme licence and installed at the same host but under another Domain. Bebuilder is working on the other domain without any problem. I assume, it is a problem with the licence. I bought the version which is not working in Summer 2022., and put in of course the licence code of the version bought in Summer 2022. Due to this fact I assume the problem has nothing to do with blocking of the Cross-Origin Request. But if you think that is really the problem I will ask the host. But please check first if there is problem with the licence code.

  • Maybe I should buy a third licence and check if it works. But this is the final option :-)

  • There is no difference between licenses, so yes, I am sure that is due to Cross-Origin as I checked the browser console when opening BeBuilder on your website, and I encountered this problem with other customers.

  • Ok I asked my host to correct it. I will let you know as soon they reply. Thanks for your support, Best Jürgen

  • Thank you very much for your efforts. I have set the X-Frame options in the htaccess from “DENY” to “SAMEORIGIN”. That fixed the error.

The only thing that surprises me is that the error also occurred with a fresh installation of WP without a backup directly after installing Betheme or Elementor. I have no explanation for this. The other domains hosted by the same host also worked directly with Betheme and / or Elementor. There were only problems with one domain. It could not have been due to plug-ins installed by me, because I also tested Betheme on a fresh Wordpress installation without backup and it did not work. If you know what caused the problem, I would be happy if you give me a short feedback. Many thanks in advance. Anyway ... at the moment it works ... thanks again for your help.

    Best regards

    Jürgen

  • It is a server configuration, so I doubt that any of your actions could cause this.

Maybe something changed in your hosting recently, including this modification.
