Menu mobile icon not show in mobile phone

Hi, I need you help.

The menu mobile icon does not show in the mobile. I test with different browser and mobile phone but everybody get the same result.

In the editor page in my compiuter show correctly the menu icon mobile.

Please turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.

Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to parent and recheck it.

If this will not help it means that it is because of the CORS library, which hasn’t been installed on your server.

For more details about the CORS, you can read https://enable-cors.org/server.html, but we recommend contacting your server administrator in this case because he will be able to help you for sure.

Is there a way to upload the icon fonts to the server so that I don't have to call them from an external server?

I do not know what you are talking about.

All icons available in Betheme are included in the theme package, so they have already been put on your server.

Did you contact your hosting provider to enable the CORS library?
