Also, your website has an under-construction page enabled. Can you disable it for a while?

Hi,

I'm immediately disabling my under construction page so you can verify what I say: the pre-built site that I see in preview moves between the menu items with an elastic effect inside the onepage, in my page there is no this effect.

Please turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.

Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.

Solved by disabling the "Speed Optimizer" plugin, now it works regularly.

Hi, I would actually like to know 2 more things if possible:

1) why can't I see the uploaded svg files correctly? they are empty

2) Is it possible to use a template for the header and keep the sticky menu functionality?

1) Do you have SVG file upload enabled in Theme options?

Are you sure that your SVGs are generated properly? Where do you get them?

Did you try other SVGs?

1) I generated the svg file from photoshop and it opens regularly on another editor

The function for SVG is enabled in the theme options

the file loads (without errors) but I open it and it is empty

1) Did you try some other SVGs from different source? You can download it from one of our demos and check if this one opens correctly.
