License in old site and not now usable

we have one license with this problem...
The site where is in the past inserted, not exist and not have possiblity to delete because is not present in license manager http://api.muffingroup.com/licenses/
Can you help me?

Old web site is not present in http://api.muffingroup.com/licenses/ and not have possibility to delete old license. This is the BIG problem!
Please send us the WordPress dashboard access and your license key privately through the contact form, which is on the right side at https://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact and we will check what might be the reason.
