My Account Dashboard

I can't get the 'My Account' page working, it doesn't display the left side menu which includes links to Orders, Downloads, Addresses (billing and shipping), Payment methods, Account details, and Logout

I have assigned the page in woocommerce, but when it loads it's just a blank page. Could anyone help please?
