color of menu

our logo has white color. also the top link list is white. but it cannot be show by white background. how can we fix it and how we can fix the menu at top everywhere?

Try the following CSS code:
body:not(.home) #Top_bar{ position: unset; }Put it in Betheme -> Theme options -> Custom CSS & JS -> CSS.
