Extend/New BE Theme License
So i extended my BE Theme license by 6 months today.
The account that i used to buy the new license was not this user, it was the admin account user for the website, as i want that user to be able to open support tickets with BE.
On my website https://englishcocker.org when i log in to the website using the admin email account the BE Theme dashboard shows the BE Theme license expired in 2021.
When i log in to the website using my personal email account (this one) i see the BE Theme license is showing active and its expiration date of April 4th 2025.
I need to get the new support set up so that when anyone uses the website admin email account to log into the dashboard of the site, so it shows the new license with the new expiration date and then the ability for them to open tickets with you for possible support.
Please advise how i can do that with the new license key i just received from Envato.

I followed your instructions and it tells me that the "Envato username doesn't match provided purchase code".
So... i purchased the new license/ code by using my personal Wordpress user account to log into the site, then i went to envato and used my personal user account there to buy the new license.
But, i need to transfer that license from my envato personal user account to the admin user envato account so that when i log into the BEForum page using the admin user account (not my personal user account) that the new license has to be associated with.
The reason i have to do that is so my successor will be able to log onto Wordpress using the admin user and then go to the BEForum to open support tickets, but the admin account shows support expired in 2021, so they won't be able to open a support ticket to help fix that and any other issues they have.
So... how can i transfer the license purchased under my personal user to the admin user in Envato?
The license is assigned to an account from which it was purchased.
If you want to transfer between accounts, you should contact Envato support because we do not handle license and user associations.
Anyway, it might still generate problems with support.
It will be best if you contact us regarding this through the contact form, which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact. Explain there again your request because there is another person in charge of mailbox.
