Section below header is not the right color
I want the background of the header to be white #ffffff but there is a band beneath the header and above the top section that is off-white. I'm not clear on how to fix this.

Hi,
It is a Content top padding, and it has the same color as Content background.
You can change it in Betheme -> Theme options -> Color -> General.
