Problem Showing Reviews and Ratings on Products with BeBuilder and WooCommerce

Hello, BeTheme support team,

I am having a problem on the website https://grupolumiares.com/, where I am using BeBuilder and WooCommerce. I have tried to display the product reviews and ratings on the product page, but they are not displayed after saving the changes. Also the form for customers to leave a review does not appear.

I have followed these steps without success:

I enabled reviews in WooCommerce settings.

I tried disabling plugins to check for conflicts.

I cleared the browser and website cache.

I checked for JavaScript errors in the developer console.

I even installed Customer Reviews for WooCommerce plugin to better manage reviews, but the shortcodes are not working properly inside BeBuilder.

Could you please help me to solve this problem so that the reviews are displayed correctly on the product pages?
