.webp is not supported as for products category thumbnail

Hello

I tried to use one of the pre-built websites and work on it, but I found that the product categories' thumbnails were not displaying. After a deep audit of the problem, I figured out that the .webp and .svg formats are not supported, and when I used JPEG, the image was displayed correctly, please refer to the attached image

    Hi,

    The option for SVG support can be used in Betheme -> Theme options -> Global -> Advanced.

    WEBP should work despite any setting because WordPress added support for this type of file a long time ago.

    Please turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.

    Moreover, switch to some other theme like Twenty Twenty-Four, and check if the same thing happens then.
