Issue with WooCommerce Product Reviews Not Displaying

I have two websites, https://kimiahogar.com and https://grupolumiares.com, both using BeTheme and WooCommerce. Despite enabling product reviews in WooCommerce settings, reviews are not showing on product pages. I followed your video tutorial, https://support.muffingroup.com/video-tutorials/how-to-customize-woocommerce-single-product-layout/ tried deactivating plugins, clearing the cache, and using different browsers, but the issue persists.
Could you please help me resolve this?

Did you also activate product reviews in the product settings?

I have just checked the pages and the attached screenshot does not show me the box to activate ratings... how do I do it? If in product settings in WooCommerce is checked to enable ratings but in product does not come out.
Please activate another theme, like Twenty Twenty-Four, and check if the problem persists.

I have done this step of changing the theme and the same thing keeps happening, I have put the Betheme theme again and the problem is still the same....
This means that it is not a Betheme-related problem. It would be best if you contacted WooCommerce support regarding this.

I’m experiencing an issue with product reviews not displaying on my websites kimiahogar.com and grupolumiares.com, both using BeTheme alongside WooCommerce. Although the reviews are enabled in WooCommerce, they do not appear on the product pages. Here’s a summary of the steps I’ve taken so far to try and resolve the issue:
Despite all these tests, I’m still unable to get product reviews to display on these two websites, while my other site with the same setup is working fine. Could there be something within BeTheme causing this issue, or could you suggest any additional steps I might take to resolve it?

As I mentioned in my previous message, it does not seem to be a Betheme issue, so you must contact WooCommerce support instead.
