Products not showing on menu order

Hi!

I'm working on a shop page, I have created a shop template in which I've placed a "Product display" element. I set the order option to "Menu order" and the issue is that the BeBuilder page displays the products correctly in said order; however, the products are randomly sorted when I access the shop directly through url. Do you know how I can fix it?

Please turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.

Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.

Hi Phil,

This action doesn't change anything, and we are not using child themes. Could you please search deeply? I think there is something wrong with the database configuration when Slider Revolution is multisite. The Slider Revolution support team has already seen it, and they say we must contact you.

In addition, now I see a TEST ES slider revolution inside the Spanish website. Have you created it?
