Alignment of elements inside a box

Hi,

I have elements (images and text) in a box. The images should always be aligned at the bottom, the text always at the top. If I set the box to stretch (example below), I have different distances between the elements.

What setting do I need to make so that the images are always at the bottom and the text is always at the top? Regardless of the text wrapping?
