MailChimp errors while using Offer slider in betheme

Hi there, I am using MailChimp, a form inside an Offer slider, we are still having troubles:

1. its showing code that's meant to be hidden to prevent bot signups (see screenshot below)
2. We cannot add more than 3 or 5 slides and the slides all bomb out and we cannot use this feature.
