I have a problem with the sticky header

Hello guys, I am new here and i am kind of a newbie in wordpress also.

I have a problem with the sticky header, i don't know from where to edit an item. When it's sticky it changes it s properties and i would like to be the same. I will add some photos for more understanding, thank you so much !
