Animations does not work every time

Hi there

When we try to animate a containter or element - the animation works and also fails.... it sometimes shows and sometimes hides the entire container.

I do not see any animation, and everything loads.

Hello, I had to remove animations while showing the site to the client let me add animations now and send you the link:

1. take our survey is animated
2. vision, mission also animated but not showing on home page

I am trying to add a screenshot of the elements animated but it wont upload here sorry :( maybe you will see it as the attachment below?
