Animations does not work every time

When we try to animate a containter or element - the animation works and also fails.... it sometimes shows and sometimes hides the entire container.

Hello, I had to remove animations while showing the site to the client let me add animations now and send you the link:
I am trying to add a screenshot of the elements animated but it wont upload here sorry :( maybe you will see it as the attachment below?
I still do not see any animation.

When I logged in, the animations were there, and animated elements were not visible. However, after I disabled all plugins we do not support, these elements appeared:
Please disable your plugins one by one to see which is the root cause.

Hi Phil - we have always used all of the plugins that are currently being used on the website? And we exclusively use Betheme? So what is the issue :( betheme has always been so user-friendly but I feel like we are not getting the same quality experience from your app this time around :(
Please understand my frustration, and I know that betheme hasnt tested all plugins but surely we need more plugins to work with betheme????? or the website is now going to lack a lot of very necessary functionality that the client has already been told is possible based on all of the many other betheme websites I have made with your wonderful builder and theme.

I understand your frustration, but unfortunately, if the culprit is the plugin we do not support, our hands are tied.

It has always been like that, and we cannot take responsibility for any incompatibility from unsupported plugins.
So, as written there, contact the plugin author whose plugin is the root cause.

Hi there - I have deactivated ALL PLUGINS and we still do not have working element animations.
I have cleared cache
I have checked in different browser
I have done it all.
Please advise. Thank you.
Now, I see many errors in the browser console.
Please download a fresh package of Betheme from ThemeForest and reinstall it on your website. You can also reinstall the WordPress.
If this does not help, we will need FTP access to your website to check it further.
