I have another question. Please see the attached image. This is the iPad version on the home page. Notice the text being cut off, and the Dream Pod — the image on the right — is not centered anymore. I used the default text on the default images in the theme. This means I replaced the text that came with the theme for that page and put it in my own—the same for the images.
On the mobile version of our website, the images are too close together vertically. I tried putting the "Spacer" element between the images, but it's not working. Please see the video below (it has no audio).
Also, can you tell me what the default image size is for the "Text and image" element? Please see the attached images. We need to know what size the image needs to be in so it'll fit correctly.
Thank you for all of that information. I have another question: how do I change the website's background color? I found all of the settings to change it and put in the new color, but it didn't work; I tried multiple settings.
Please see the attached image, we'd like to change it from white to a different color.
I don't see the same thing on my computer on the website. Please see the attached image. I changed the color of the website two days ago to that color. Why would you see something different on your computer?
I don't have any cache except for the host server-side cache, which I've cleared several times while trying to change the background color. Again, with my prior question, "Why would you see something different on your computer?"
Please understand that we're about to put the website online officially but haven't fixed this problem.
Yes, you see something different on your computer—the background color has changed for you. We've already established that and know this.
I have a new question: what are the dimensions of these images? Please see the attached image. It's for the "furniture store" theme (link below). I'm having a problem replacing your images with our own and can't do it properly without knowing what the dimensions are to the original images. (Note that I can't right-click and download one of your images to see what the dimension is.)
Thank you. I used "Inspect" on my computer to get the dimensions, but I still couldn't locate it.
Questions:
Please look at the attached image, the text is cut off on the whole website. Note that I haven't made any changes to the site to make it happen. Also, it's not happening on everybody's computer. Out of the three of us, it's occurring to two of us.
Which setting changes the color to the "Read more" text? I searched online to find the right setting but couldn't find it.
There's definitely something wrong. It keeps happening. I'm working on the website, and suddenly, the background color of the whole website changes by itself. It did it again just now, but this time I was simply scrolling through the website on my iPad, not working on the site.
Last week, I changed the website's background to blue, but it keeps returning to that color or simply white, which is the default color to the theme.
Attached are two screenshots. One is from my iPad, showing the default white color; the other was taken on my laptop.
Nope. It just went back again by itself. The blue color was removed last week.
Note: If our website on your computer shows the right background color (not blue or white), it's not the same on my computer and will NOT be the same for others.
1) You have a creative header width changed with a custom CSS code, and it makes the text is cut. Go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Custom CSS & JS -> CSS, and remove CSS responsible for that.
2) You can change the color in Betheme -> Theme options -> Colors -> Content:
3) As I already mentioned, it is caused by the cache, not a theme. Please ensure that you purged it and no caching tool is active.
I cleared the caches on my computer and phone and it fixed the problem. Thanks.
The text for the mobile version of the website is a little too small to read. I enlarged the text only for the mobile version, but the text size changed for all the versions of the website, including the iPad's smaller screen.
Is there a way to enlarge the text for only the mobile version of the website?
I'm having a weird issue with an image; I've had this problem before. Note that the image isn't out of the ordinary either, it's a simple JPG, as all of the others are.
If it's working on your computer, good, but as you see in the video, it's not working on mine, including in incognito mode.
In the video, I said I need to know how to make the images open up in a new tab when clicked on. Ignore that in the video. I forgot that they open in a window.
Update: I had my grandson go to the web page, and he said two images have a question mark on them instead of the images. Note: I've had this problem since the beginning. More specifically, I uploaded the images, pushed save, reviewed the page and the images were already missing. It can't be a cache problem.
My grandson took screenshots of the missing images on his cell phone. Please see the attached images.
None of the pictures are missing now. If they disappear again, I'll disable all the plugins and turn them back on one at a time to see what it'll do. Thanks.
Another question: Is there a way to get rid of the large gap that's between the text? Please see the attached image. The gap is pretty big on the mobile version of the website, too. Note that I don't have a spacer, gap, or any other element there.

You must adjust the tablet display by decreasing text size or increasing elements to 1/1.

Very nice. Thank you.

1) You must adjust the margins on the mobile view.
https://support.muffingroup.com/video-tutorials/responsive-editing-in-bebuilder/
2) The image used for these pre-built sections is 780x780px.
Note that there is nothing like the "default" image size. It all depends on how you want it to be displayed.

Hello,
Thank you for all of that information. I have another question: how do I change the website's background color? I found all of the settings to change it and put in the new color, but it didn't work; I tried multiple settings.
Please see the attached image, we'd like to change it from white to a different color.
Thank you for all of your help!
Blessings, JL
Did you handle this in the meantime?

I don't see the same thing on my computer on the website. Please see the attached image. I changed the color of the website two days ago to that color. Why would you see something different on your computer?
Thanks, JL
Can you attach a direct link to that page, please?
Thanks
Go to any of the pages on the website, and you'll see that the background color has not changed from white.

This is how it looks to me:
Ensure that you do not have any cache active.

Only cache can cause it to differ on different browsers/devices. Maybe purging is not enough, and you should disable it.
We always suggest keeping any cache inactive until you finish working on the website to prevent such situations.

Please disregard the last comment. The new color background is working now.

Go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Fonts -> Size & Style, disable Auto font size, and set the size for mobile you need.
