Background Video Issue in Slider Revolution - Only Working on Safari

I am experiencing an issue with the background video on the homepage of the site http://koehler-projektentwicklung.de. The video works perfectly on Safari but does not load or play on other browsers such as Chrome, Firefox, or Edge.
My client is very dissatisfied with this problem, and I need a solution as soon as possible. Could you please advise what steps I can take to resolve this issue?
