Subcategories are not showing under Main Categories

On the Sidebar Menu, Subcategories are not under the main categories, infect it's showing same as main categories. Please advise. Please see the image as reference. Thanks

A Query Loop is used there, but it does not have an option to show hierarchy.

Instead, you must create a new menu with the desired construction and replace the Query Loop in the sidebar template with a menu element.

We do not have a video.

But please check the following screenshot for a better understanding:

Go to Appearance -> Menus, create a new menu, and add product categories, creating the hierarchy you need.

Then edit the sidebar menu template, add menu element, and choose that menu there:
