It is an Elementor element, so it would be best if you contact their support regarding this.

I can suggest using the following CSS code:

.elementor-widget-search .e-search-label > svg{
 transform: translateX(340px) translateY(-65%);
}

Put it in Betheme -> Theme options -> Custom CSS & JS -> CSS, but I cannot assure that it is the best way to achieve that.
