Elements do not load correctly IT IS NOT NITROPACK please help - LIVE WEBSITE!!!
hi there
We have spent days working with NITROPACK cache plugin, and they have determined that this error as seen in a video below, is not caused by nitropack and is caused by the source code of this website:
https://erongo-offshoresafety.com/ on this home page, you notice the black appearing where there should be the opacity curve for top and bottom styling for the outer container... watch video below. please advise. thank you.
Message from Nitropack:
Hello,
I would like to take a moment to clarify and emphasize that the sole action we have undertaken thus far is the disabling of NitroPack. We have not implemented any other modifications or changes to the system.
Furthermore, it is crucial to understand that NitroPack operates in a manner that does not alter the original source code of your application or website. This characteristic significantly reduces the likelihood that NitroPack is the source of any issues you may be experiencing. Any problems that arise from the source files themselves should be addressed independently of NitroPack. By doing so, you can ensure that NitroPack continues to function as intended without interference from unresolved issues in the source code.
In summary, since NitroPack is entirely deactivated, it should not influence the page's loading behavior. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we work together to ensure everything runs optimally.
We are at your disposal for any assistance or questions you may have.

Hi,
You mean styles loading.
Please go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Performance, and set Builder local style to Inline in header.
Best regards
Thank you that does seem to have fixed it. However, why were we told it was Nitropack :( when it was indeed a source code issue :(
2 weeks of troubleshooting with nitropack and my team - it was a lot of time wasted. But thank you for letting me know how to fix it..
Sorry, but I completely do not understand your message.
Is it fixed or not?
Please explain that greater.
Thanks
Yes it is fixed as far as I can see :)
I am happy to see that.
If this is what you asked about from the beginning, I am sorry that I did not provide this suggestion earlier, but I did not get that you were referring to that.
The cache part completely confused me, and I did not connect it to the problem because it is not a cache issue but a CSS style loading.
Anyway, it's good that we sorted it finally, and it is working as you intended.
Best regards
