Mobile menu display issue
Hi Phil,
https://completeflooringsolutions.uk/
I'm stuck on a menu issue right now.
I have two menus set up 'main menu' & 'main menu mob'. I have a few questions:
- Why does my newly edited 'main menu mob' menu only show when I'm logged into Wordpress and not when I test in an incognito window? It should be laid out like in the screen shot
- As you can see from the attached i'd like the desktop and mobile menus to be laid out slightly differently
- Also how do I edit the look of the mobile version? My theme has a single 'home page header' template, it seems I can only change the look of the 'main menu' in here, do I need a second template for mobile?
I hope this makes sense, I've checked all the help files and the forum but I cant work it out.
Thanks
Jamie

Hi Phil,
I'm still trying to fix this but struggling. Cant understand why some pages now have the correct mobile menu and some don't:
https://completeflooringsolutions.uk/faq/ - Has old mobile menu
https://completeflooringsolutions.uk/visit_us/ - Has new one
Also please check if the new menu on visit_us works first time for you, I had to refresh the page before the drop down worked... I might have broken something here!
Thank you
Jamie
Hello,
1) If you see changes only when you are logged in, it means that your website has a cache active.
Check if no cache plugin is enabled or if some cache tool is on your server.
2) Sorry, but I quite do not understand. Please explain that in more detail.
3) You can edit it in the Style tab of the Burger Menu element, or create a Sidebar menu template.

Update!
Ok I've sorted the mobile menu issue... It was a caching issue on siteground! :-)
The only issue now is how do I change the design of the 2nd menu 'main menu mob' menu?
Thanks again
Did you notice my previous message?
Did you check the video tutorial I sent?
Best regards
I just looked at this now, and no, that's not what I meant, unfortunately, but I sorted it.
Basically, as the burger menu was fixed to the far right of the current header template, I couldn't access the settings; I could only see the move option. So I moved the burger menu to the middle and was then able to edit as needed.
It was a crazy, simple thing that had me stumped! Haha.
Thanks though, your support is excellent, I have a few more minor things need help on but will create new posts.
Always happy to help.
I am waiting for your new message. 🙂
Best regards
