I cannot change the background color of the responsive menu? It is white, with a light gray highlight

The site isn't finished, but we're still determining color schemes, will need to know how to change this feature.

Ok. So to change background color or responsive menu, please use below css:
#Header #menu { background-color: #000 !important; }
It's only for background color because we do not see any light grey color on hover. Only menu items changes from yellow to red on hover.
