Image movement in background section in mobile mode

In mobile mode, a background I chose and set with custom values jumps three times during scrolling, with different placements. How can I fix it?

Hello,

Please turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.

Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.

Hi , i don't know how to switch to a child theme, but if you see the Theme in Desktop mode, Section in question have a scroll movement inside.

You can switch to the parent theme in Appearance -> Themes, but only when you have the child theme installed. If you do not have it, disregard this part.

What about plugins? Did you try disabling them? If yes, what were the results?

Ok I install Betheme parent and i have only Contact From 7 and Login Limit Attempts Reloaded after i disable Login Limit Attempts there is the issue

Anyway, back to your problem. It is happening because of the image Lazy Load. The images load after you reach them, and that is why the background jumps.

To resolve that, I assigned width and height values for the image in the icon box:
