Blog showing more than 3 Entries

im currently working on https://sv-sande.take-it.org/ .

For the blog section at the bottom of the page I selected it to show tree posts max, but instead it shows about 100. In the builder everything looks fine, but on the published page not.

Please excuse my bad english : )
