Where do I remove this white gap between subheader and content.

I can't find the area to edit this gap between the subheader and the content which I want to remove.

Is it in the theme settings, custom css or page settings?

can you make a screenshot of where you got this white gap? Because we checked your site and we didn't saw anything like this.

This gap between the black areas, the white section. There is padding somewhere that is creating this

This is padding top for content. You can remove it with option under Theme options > Global > General section or you can use below css instead as well:

body:not(.template-slider) #Content { padding-top: 0 !important; }
