Dear Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am reaching out regarding an issue I am currently facing with the images on my website. It seems that the dimensions and sizes of the images have been altered automatically. Previously, all images were displaying perfectly; however, I have noticed that in some categories, certain images appear smaller while others appear larger.

    i hope this message finds you well i don't know what's the issue but as you are showing its not showing same on my side as i already sent you the screenshot of that page issue some images are showing large and some in small manner i contacted to various plugin support even with hosing support all they said its designing issue with your theme so i request you to please go through yourself if you need my web credentials or ftp server details so please let me know i will send you on your code canyon page

    Please go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Shop -> General, and check what size you have set there:

    If the width is different than what you desire, change it to the one you need.

    After you check this place, go to Betheme -> Tools, run the Regenerate Thumbnails option, and after it is finished, check if the image size is correct.

    If this does not help, please send us the WordPress dashboard access privately through the contact form, which is on the right side at https://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact and we will check what might be the reason.
