After clicking "edit" only blank page appears

Since the last update I have problems with a Blank Page while trying to edit/create a post or page:

I have already tried deactivating all plugins and switching between the child and main theme. Unfortunately without success. The Betheme Builder works without any problems.

I have sent you the SFTP and WordPress access by e-mail.
