BeBuilder section randomly cannot be edited

I'm working away on updates to this site (https://bowietutoring.com/) and no problems until now. Suddenly, sections within a page cannot be edited. There are no tools visible upon hover and clicking on the section does nothing. Specifically, the problem is with the second section on this page: https://bowietutoring.com/home/programs/the-bowie-center-proctoring-services/, the section with the heading "Your Trusted Partner...". I've refreshed the page, closed out of the site. I just created the page yesterday and it was working fine. Any suggestions as to what to do when an entire section is not editable in BeBuilder?

    P.S. -- I am using the latest version of BeBuilder (27.5.13) and latest version of Wordpress.

    As a work-around, I was able to use the Navigator and navigate to the section that I needed to edit. But this keeps happening randomly with different sections on a page suddenly not being editable in BeBuilder-- nothing happens when I hover or click on some sections.
