Do you mean the floating icon on the bottom right corner?

If yes, unfortunately, we do not have such a feature in our theme, but it is on our to-do list.

It can be easily done with a little custom HTML and CSS without the need to install anything additional.

If you contact your web developer, she or he will surely be able to prepare it for you.
