How to add a sidebar in Category pages? I can't found this in theme options.

under Appearance > Widgets section you have sidebars related with categories which are Blog|CATEGORY-NAME. So all you need to do is move some widgets into these sidebars. But please remember it is necessary to set blog page under Settings > Reading section section as well.
